My Review:
I loved this book. I've never disappointed in Colleen Hoover. Her stories are unique. My favorite Colleen Hoover book is Maybe Someday, I loved it because of the songs they 'created'. And I loved this book because of the paintings.
Owen is an artist. He makes beautiful, unique paintings. The interesting part of his work, that people send him their confessions and he paints them. And these are true confessions, submitted anonymously by readers. My paperback contains some of the paintings. I loved them!

Owen past was hard. I won't tell what happened with him, but he had a hard life. His past effects his present. He is so self-sacrifice. This touched my heart. He is a strong guy, he understood what happened in the past, and he could move on.
Auburn's life isn't easy either. She has a big secret. She has a goal, and she sacrifices everything for it. I totally understood her actions.I would do the same.

They fell in love, but they couldn't be together. This broke my heart, but their actions understandable.

I loved the story (not just the paintings). It's not a lightsome love story. There are some twists (in the end too). This book is about family, love, grief, and how can someone move on from the past. It's about new beginnings.
This book is going to be on TV! I can't wait to watch it!

Szerettem ezt a könyvet is az írónőtől. Eddig nem csalódtam még Colleen Hooverben. Egyedi történeteket ír. A kedvenc könyvem tőle a Maybe Someday. Nagyon tetszettek a könyvben megalkotott zenék. Ez a könyv pedig főleg a benne lévő festmények miatt volt különleges, ezért tetszett.
Owen egy művész. Szép, egyedi festményeket készít. A munkája azért is érdekes, mert a festmények vallomások alapján készültek. Különböző emberek eljuttatják saját vallomásukat hozzá, amiből ő ihletet merít és megfesti őket. És ezek a vallomások, igaziak, valódiak! A könyvem tartalmaz néhány képet(fentebb láthatjátok). Nagyon tetszett ez a könyvben!
Owen nehéz dolgokon van túl. Nem írom le mi történt vele, de nehéz élete volt. A múlt hatással van a jelenére is. Owen nagyon önfeláldozó, ami megérintette a szívemet. Egy erős srác, aki megértette mi történt a múltban és tovább tudott lépni.
Auburn élete sem egyszerű. Van egy hatalmas titka. Van egy célja, amiért mindent feláldoz. Teljesen meg tudtam érteni a cselekedeteit, én is így tettem volna.
Auburn és Owen egymásba szerettek, de nem lehettek együtt. Fájt a szívem értük, de megértettem miért döntöttek így, miért nem lehettek együtt.
Szerettem ezt a könyvet (és nem csak a festmények miatt). Nem egy könnyed szerelmi történetről van szó. Vannak benne csavarok (a végén is, amit egy kicsit megkönnyeztem). Ez a történet szól családról, gyászról, szerelemről, arról hogyan lehet továbblépni, hogyan lehet új életet kezdeni.
Ez a könyv meg lett filmesítve! Tavasszal érkezik a go90 csatornán (amit sajnos itthon nem láthatunk még, de állítólag későbbiekben elérhetővé válik máshol is, és mi Amerikán kívül élők is megnézhetjük, mit alkottak!) Alig várom, hogy lássam!
