Another amazing Mia Sheridan book! I love her books and her style! And I LOVEDthis book too.
This book was a beautiful second chance romance.

Annalia had a hard childhood. Her relationship with her mother was bad. She didn't have a lot of friends, just the Sawyer brothers. They were richer than her. She was just a migrant's child, she was poor. But the Sawyer brothers loved her.
Cole and Preston were indentical twins, but Cole was funny and more open than Preston. They loved Lia. When she started to become a woman, they saw this too, and wanted her. Cole claimed her, and because of brother honor Preston didn't tell his feelings for her. Their paths parted when the guys went to college, and I think it was a good thing, because Lia was only 15 years old.

From the first chapter we already know that Lia and Preston have a child. This was the book's beginning, and this made me so curious. What happened with them? Why weren't they together? How will they be together? I was so so curious...
Lia left her son with Preston and her son when the baby was only 6 months old. I didn't understand. I have children and I can't leave them. What happened with Lia? Why did she leave her child behind?
This is not a lightsome story. We can read about the migrant's hard life, we read about destitution, grief, about the first few months with a baby (it's not easy). Now I understood a little more Lia, her decision, and why she left. There were a lot of tragedy in Preston's life, what he tried to process on his own. I understood him. But Annalia was alone when her child born, and I know how hard life can be with a newborn, without help. Annalia didn't has a mother who helped her with the baby.
And I understood Preston too. I understood his feelings. But both of them made mistakes, which led to the separation. But I think this separation was needed, they needed a new start. They changed a lot, they became adults.
I loved to read about how they found each other again.

I loved Cole. He was funny, he had purpose. He wanted to work a big firm in a big city. He wanted to leave the farm. He was good to Lia, he wanted her to come with him. He wanted to give her a better life.
Preston was more simple than Cole. He wanted to stay, he loved the farm, he was a tipical farmer. I fell in love with this farmer-boy 💓😊
Lia was a loveable character too. She didn't become mean because of her life. She became a good, a sympaptetic woman despite of her hard life. I liked her.
It's a beautiful heartbreaking love story. I loved it so much!

Egy újabb fantasztikus történet Mia Sheridantől! Szeretem a könyveit és a stílusát. Szerettem ezt a könyvet is! Ez egy nagyon szép szerelmi történet.
Annaliának nehéz gyerekkora volt, elég rossz kapcsolata volt az édesanyjával. Nem volt sok barátja, de a Sawyer testvéreket barátainak mondhatta. A srácok gazdagabbak volta, míg Lia csak egy bevándorló szegény gyereke volt. De a srácok szerették őt.
Cole és Preston egypetéjű ikrek voltak. Cole vicces volt, és nyitottabb, mint Preston. Mindketten szerették Liát. Mikor Lia elkezdett változni, és nővé érni, ezt a srácok is látták és akarták őt, vonzódtak hozzá. Cole volt az aki 'megnyerte' Liát, és kijelentette, hogy randizni akart vele. Ezután testvéri becsületből Preston nem mondta el hogyan érez iránta. Az útjaik elváltak, mikor a srácok egyetemre mentek, ami szerintem jó volt, hiszen Annalia ekkor még csak 15 éves volt.
Már az első fejezetben olvashatjuk, hogy Lianak és Prestonnak van egy gyereke. Ez volt a könyv kezdete, ami engem nagyon kíváncsivá tett. Mi történt köztük? Miért nincsenek együtt? Hogy jönnek össze megint? Szóval kíváncsi voltam...
Lia elhagyta Prestont és a gyerekét, mikor a pici 6 hónapos volt. Mint anya nem értettem. Hogy tudta hátrahagyni a gyerekét? Mi történt?
Ez nem egy könnyed történet. Olvashatunk a bevándorlók nehéz életéről, nélkülözésről, gyászról, és egy újszülött életének első pár hónapjában felmerülő nehézségekről (nem egyszerű). Egy kicsit jobban megértettem Liát, a döntését, azt hogy miért ment el. Preston életében sok tragédia következett be, amit ő a maga módján dolgozott fel. Megértettem Prestont, de Lia egyedül volt az újszülött babájával, és tudom milyen nehéz lehet egy pici babával segítség nélkül, és Lia mellett nem állt ott az édesanyja, egyedül volt.
Megértettem Prestont is, megértettem az érzéseit. de mindketten követtek el hibákat, ami az elváláshoz vezetett. De úgy gondolom, hogy ez az elválás szükséges volt, szükségük volt az újrakezdésre. Sokat változtak, felnőtté váltak. Szerettem olvasni arról, hogyan találnak megint egymásra.
Szerettem Cole-t. Vicces volt, és voltak céljai. Egy nagy cégnél akart dolgozni, egy nagy városban. El akarta hagyni a farmot. Jó volt Liá-hoz, azt akarta, hogy Lia vele menjen. Jobb életet akart neki biztosítani.
Preston jóval egyszerűbb volt. Ő a farmon akart marad és művelni azt, szerette ezt az életet. És én beleszerettem ebbe a farmerbe! 😊💓
Lia is egy szerethető karakter volt. Nem lett megkeseredett a nehéz élete miatt. Jó ember lett, egy szimpatikus, szerethető nő vált belőle. Szerettem őt is.
Ez egy gyönyörű, szívszorító szerelmi történet. Nagyon szerettem!
