My Review:

I finished it last night. I was a mess. 

I don't know what I'm going to write about this book. The blurb is perfect. It isn't tell so much about the story. I won't either. I won't spoil the story. It's hard to write a review without spoiling. But I'm trying...

"There is no such thing as bad people. We're all just people who sometimes do bad things"

This book is about a sensitive topic, this book changed my aspect about this topic. Because of this is a MUSTREAD!!! I hope this book is going to be released in Hungary, so more people can read it!

I LOVED this book, and a part of me hated Colleen Hoover because she broke my heart. I really was a mess after I finished. Why? Because I loved all of the characters. I loved Lily, Atlas, Ryle, Alyssa. This story was so real.

The story was written in Lily's POV, we became to know the past, when she was teenager. She didn't have a simple life, a perfect family, but she had Atlas. Her first love. I totally loved him. We knew him from the teenager Lily's diaries. It was a teenager love. They were young, their paths seperated. But they never had a closure.

“Life is a funny thing. We only get so many years to live it, so we have to do everything we can to make sure those years are as full as they can be. We shouldn't waste time on things that might happen someday, or maybe even never.” 

" Imagine all the people you meet in your life. There are so many. They come in like waves, trickling in and out with the tide. Some waves are much bigger and make more of an impact than others. Sometimes the waves bring with them things from deep in the bottom of the sea and they leave those things tossed onto the shore. Imprints against the grains of sand that prove the waves had once been there, long after the tide recedes.That was what Atlas was telling me when he said “I love you.” He was letting me know that I was the biggest wave he’d ever come across. And I brought so much with me that my impressions would always be there, even when the tide rolled out. "

And then when Lily was 23 she met Ryle. I fell in love with him(from the first time I think)!  

Lily fell in love with him. He made her happy. First Ryle wasn't into relationships, but everything changed when they met. He fell head over heels in love with her. First in his life he was in love! He wanted to do everything for her. And God I loved him so much! He was smart (neurosurgeon), funny, hot, caring, he wanted to give everything to Lily. They were good together. 

And then something happened... 

"Fifteen seconds. That’s all it takes to completely change everything about a person. Fifteen seconds that we'll never get back."

 “All humans make mistakes. What determines a person’s character aren’t the mistakes we make. It’s how we take those mistakes and turn them into lessons rather than excuses.” 

"Preventing your heart from forgiving someone you love is actually a hell of a lot harder than simply forgiving them." 

I was on an emotional roller coaster. Because, honestly I don't know what I would do if I would be in a situation like this. This book changed me. Before reading it I saw a situation like this totally differently. Ohhh   I don't know how to write my feelings down whithout spoiling!And because of this I won't write more about the story. You should read it!!!! REally!

“In the future . . . if by some miracle you ever find yourself in the position to fall in love again . . . fall in love with me.” 

 “Just because someone hurts you doesn't mean you can simply stop loving them. It's not a person's actions that hurt the most. It's the love. If there was no love attached to the action, the pain would be a little easier to bear.” 

I have to tell you, that I loved Alyssa too. She is Ryle's sister, and Lily's best friend. And she is the perfect best friend in the world! (When you read the book you will know why)

It's not a simple love story, where they fall in love, and after it something happens and they stop loving each other. No, there is love, and this story is about what we can do for our love, for the person we love all of our hearts. 

"That's what fifteen minutes can do to a person. It can destroy them. It can save them."

 Cycles exist because they are excruciating to break. It takes an astronomical amount of pain and courage to disrupt a familiar pattern. Sometimes it seems easier to just keep running in the same familiar circles, rather than facing the fear of jumping and possibly not landing on your feet.

It's a heart-wrenching story, which has an important message. YOU SHOULD READ IT!!!

Tegnap este fejeztem be a könyvet. Egy roncs voltam.

Nem tudom még, hogy mit fogok írni erről a könyvről. A fülszöveg tökéletes. nem sokat mond a történetről. Én sem fogok, nem fogok spoilerezni, és enélkül elég nehéz értékelést írni erről a könyvről. Azért megpróbálom...

A könyv érzékeny témát dolgoz fel. Azt kell mondjam, ez a könyv megváltoztatta a nézőpontomat ezzel a témával kapcsolatban. Éppen ezért ezt kötelező olvasmánynak tartom! Remélem ez a könyv Magyarországon is meg fog jelenni, hogy több ember olvashassa el itthon is. 

IMÁDTAM ezt a könyvet, és egy részem utálta Colleen Hoovert, mert összetörte a szívem, tényleg egy roncs voltam miután befejeztem. Nagyon megérintett a történet. Hogy miért? Mert szerettem az összes szereplőt. Szerettem Lilyt, Atlast,Rylet, Alyssát. Annyira valós volt ez a történet!

A történet Lily szempontjából íródott. Megtudjuk milyen volt a múltja, milyen volt az élete mikor tini volt. Nem volt egyszerű élete, sem tökéletes családja, de ott volt neki Atlas. Atlas Lily első szerelme. Szerettem őt. Lily naplóiból ismerhetjük meg, hogy mi történt vele. Fiatalok voltak, egy tini szerelem volt, elváltak útjaik, de soha nem záródott le kapcsolatuk. Csak elszakadtak egymástól.

A jelenben Lily 23 éves és ekkor ismerkedik meg Ryle-val. Totálisan beleszerettem, már szerintem az első perctől fogva!)

Lily is beleszeretett. Ryle boldoggá tette. Először kerülte a párkapcsolatokat, de minden megváltozott, mikor találkozott Lilyvel. Teljesen belezúgott. Életében először szerelmes volt, és mindent meg akart tenni Lily-ért, hogy ő boldog legyen. És Istenem! Annyira de annyira megszerettem. Ryle egy okos (idegsebész), vicces, szexi, gondoskodó pasi, aki mindent meg akart adni Lily-nek. Jók voltak együtt. 

Aztán valami történt.... Úgy éreztem egy érzelmi hullámvasúton ülök. Mert őszintén, nem tudom mit tettem volna egy ilyen helyzetben. Ez a könyv teljesen megváltoztatott, mert előtte teljesen másként tekintettem egy ilyen szituációra. OHhh nem tudom, hogy írjam le az érzéseimet anélkül, hogy ne áruljak el többet a történetről. Így nem is írok többet a történetről! OLVASSÁTOK EL! DE TÉNYLEG!

Annyit azért még el kell mondanom, hogy nagyon  szerettem Alyssát. Ő Ryle testvére és Lily legjobb barátnője. És ő tényleg a legjobb, legtökéletesebb barátnő a világon!!! (amikor elolvassátok a történetet tudni fogjátok miért írtam ezt)

Ez nem egy egyszerű szerelmi történet, ahol egymásba szeretnek, majd történik valami és megszűnik a szerelem. Nem. Itt van szerelem. Ez a történet arról szól, hogy mit tehetünk meg a  szerelemért, azért az emberért, akit mindenkinél jobban szeretünk. Ez egy szívszorító történet, ami egy nagyon fontos üzenetet hordoz. OLVASNOD KELL!!!
